1. The data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

  • Account data: Email address and name. When registering through Google, we receive only the email address, name, and avatar.
  • Profile data: Phone number and city are optional, and are entered by the user personally.
  • Business data: Business name, city, district, description, services and their prices, and available times. This is commercial data published publicly by the business owner's own choice.

When your business subscribes, payment is processed through the Moyasar gateway. We do not collect or store your card details; they are entered directly on Moyasar's secure page. We keep only the subscription record (plan, payment date, subscription status) to manage your service.

We do not collect geolocation data, and we do not use advertising tracking tools.

2. How we use the data

  • Operating your account and managing your permissions on the platform.
  • Displaying your business profile and its services to customers, for businesses only.
  • Contacting you about your account when needed.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes with any party.

3. What is published publicly and what is not

Published: The business name, city, district, description, services, and prices.

Never published: Your email address, phone number, account identifier, and any of your profile data. Database permissions technically prevent access to it by anyone other than its owner, not by policy alone.

4. Service providers

  • Supabase Database hosting and the login system.
  • Google Login through a Google account, for those who choose it.
  • Moyasar The payment gateway that processes business subscription payments. Your card details are entered on Moyasar's own payment page, so they do not pass through Farha and are not stored with us.

5. Your rights

  • Accessing and correcting your data from the dashboard.
  • Requesting deletion of your account and data, following the steps on the page titled Delete your account and data.
  • Withdrawing your consent to the publication of your business data by hiding it at any time.
